Refund Policy

Douglass and Locke does not offer refunds for any purchases of courses but has no rescheduling fee; if you paid for our course and circumstances have upset your plans but you still want to take the course, then we still want to see you!

Anyone removed from a course for violating the safety standards of Douglass and Locke, the range where the class is taking place, or for any other reason, will not be rescheduled and will not be refunded.
